30-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Beauty Products and Press-On Nails
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty products and opened press-on nails cannot be returned. This restriction does not apply when an item is defective.
How to Request a Return
Email support@jennieholidaystudio.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Eligible Conditions
- The item is unused and unopened.
- The original packaging is intact.
- The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Any defect or incorrect item is clearly described when you contact us.
Items That Cannot Be Accepted
- Used or opened items, except defective products.
- Opened beauty products, unless defective.
- Opened press-on nails, unless defective.
- Items without their original packaging.
- Items submitted after the 30-day return window.
